  1.                          CONTACT LENS PROGRAM

  3. After selecting the patient from the ΓÇÿpatient locatorΓÇÖ screen, from 
  4. the ΓÇÿselect displayΓÇÖ screen choose the contact lens option.  The 
  5. contact lens screen comes up displaying information about the 
  6. patientΓÇÖs cornea.
  7.  
  8. Select the fitting protocol from the list provided by clicking on 
  9. the arrow next to the input window at the top of the screen.  Click on the appropriate boxes with respect to the Rx, lens type, etc.  The units used, + versus 
  10. - cylinder format, name 
  11. and address of your 
  12. office, central tear 
  13. depth, etc. can be 
  14. changed by clicking on 
  15. ΓÇÿProtocolΓÇÖ at the bottom 
  16. of the screen.
